  Lovely Victorian hotel with plenty of charm. Taken advantage of the gourmet break deal a few times. Food has been great and the rooms are spacious, clean and well kept. Pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room are all included and never too busy.
  
  Took the children recently also. Great family room, more a suite than a room, and very good value.
  
  Also attended a christening dinner there once, as we have family near by. Food and service again a high standard.

  Rooms are lovely and spacious, though a little on the warm side. Great bathroom with separate walk in shower and bath. A little disappointed with the shower as there wasn't much water pressure and it is a fixed rose. Breakfast is comprehensive and a nice relaxing feel to the hotel in general. Ample parking to rear and plenty of places to walk to.

  Suspiciously of an erase from the outside, the rabbit warren corridors have been thoughtfully enhanced with nook and cranny seating. Several function rooms well decorated. Large lounge areas nicely divided into several different areas. Casual lunchtime bar meal area again several cosy areas. Rooms comfortable and good size. Bed a little too springy.
